Fiberglass Heavy Equipment Oil Filters 5um 100um Cartridge Lube Oil Filter

The filter media is made of ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material produced by American HV and LYDALL company, and high-efficiency filter paper of AHLSTROM Company of Korea. The filtration efficiency is 99.9%. It is designed by folding technology to increase its filtration area. The skeleton and end cover are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and resistant to high pressure.

AIR FILTER :the filter material of air filter is made of wood pulp filter paper of American HV company and Korean ahistrom company, which can remove dust, sand, moisture, oil mist and other impurities suspended in the ambient air.

filtering accuracy ≤ 10 μ m, filtering efficiency: 99.8%.

under normal working conditions, the service life of air filter is about 2000h.

Pressure drop - efficiency, performance

At the normal working pressure: 0.7Mpa~1.0Mpa, the initial pressure difference of the oil separator is between 0.15bar~0.25bar.The compressed air oil content can be controlled at 3~6ppm, and the compressed air oil mist particles can be controlled below 0.1μm.

Filter material selection and production process

The oil and gas separator filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material from American HV Company and American Lydall Company. The misty oil and gas mixture in compressed air can be completely filtered out through the oil core.

Fine seam welding, spot welding process and the newly developed two-component adhesive ensure that the oil-gas separation filter has high mechanical strength and can work normally at temperatures below 120C.

Service life

The service life of oil and gas separator is more than 4000 hours. The length of life depends on many factors: the design of the oil separator barrel, the routine maintenance, the cleanliness of the environment, the quality of the lubriing oil, the working temperature, and the quality of the oil separator.
